Order Processing & Pickup Timeline

Order Processing Time

At Throw & Fire, we work closely with trusted ceramic supply vendors to ensure you receive fresh, high-quality clay, tools, and glazes.

Because not all products are stocked on-site at all times, most orders require a processing lead time of 5–7 business days before they are ready for pickup or shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting Local Pickup at checkout should note:

  • Orders are not immediately available after purchase
  • Please do not come to the store until you receive a pickup notification
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our Chandler location

Arriving before receiving a pickup confirmation may result in delays, as your order may still be in processing.

Shipping Orders

Shipping orders follow the same 5–7 business day processing window prior to shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If you have a time-sensitive order (school programs, kiln schedules, or upcoming projects), we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can help set expectations or confirm availability.
