    Where do I find shipping information?

    Yes! We ship non-clay items nationwide. Clay ships locally within Arizona based on weight and destination.

    Do you offer local delivery?

    Yes. Delivery options appear at checkout depending on your ZIP code and what’s in your cart. Local delivery is available to the East Valley Phoenix cities such as Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale.

    Can I walk in and purchase?

    Yes. By appointment please.

    How much advanced notice do I need to give if I want to buy clay in bulk and pickup?

    Depending on the clay, it could be up to two weeks. In some cases 3 to 5 days.

    How long will my order take to be ready?

    Most orders are processed within 5 business days. Pickup orders receive an email as soon as they’re ready.

    Can I return or exchange items?

    Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Clay and glaze cannot be returned once opened.

    Do you offer school or bulk pricing?

    Yes! We provide special pricing for schools, art programs, and larger orders
